Get into those scrubs

If he didn't already do it prior to the VMAN shoot, I am pretty sure the stylist or art director asked Tom Brady to exfoliate his skin as preparation to the photo shoot 'Dog Days Are Over' in this  issue of VMAN.

Where more and more dermatologists recommend non-abrasive scrubs or chemical exfoliation only for women, this is not the case for men. Because of the thicker and less fine skin structure of men's skin an exfoliation is one of the best ways give your skin a boost and a fresher and clearer appearance.

There are many types of scrubs out there from really coarse textures to extra-fine micro granulates, but as long as you use them the right way, the result is ultimately the same. You see, because you are only exfoliating the very outer layer of the skin, there is absolutely no need for scrubbing very hard or for very long. A gentle scrub in circular motions for about 30 seconds to a minute is enough. That way you let the product do the work, and you won't damage or irritate your skin surface.

LOVE THE LOOK!
